This page explains how to delete the personal data WhatWins holds about you.
1. Delete your data
If you have an account, you can delete it at any time from the Service settings, or request full account deletion by email:
- Delete your WhatWins account, delete it from your account settings, or send a deletion request to [email protected] from your account email address (see Email request below). We delete your account and all data we control as a controller, and remove you from organizations you belong to. Customer Content owned by an organization you don't own is handled by that organization (the controller) on its own retention schedule.
- If you appear in tracked public data, if you are an individual whose publicly available information has been collected because a customer tracks your account or store, you can object to or request erasure of that data by emailing [email protected].
2. Email request
Send an email to [email protected] from the email address associated with your account (or, if you appear in tracked public data, identifying the account or store concerned), and tell us what you would like deleted.
We respond within 7 days and complete deletion within 30 days. We may retain a minimal record (anonymous identifiers, no personal data) for fraud-prevention and legal-defence purposes for the period set out in our Privacy Policy.
3. What we delete
- When you delete your account: your profile, name, email, authentication identifiers, billing identifiers (subject to legal retention), and any Customer Content you uploaded as the controller.
- When you object as a tracked individual: the publicly available data we hold about the account or store concerned, removed on a rolling basis within 30 days.
